• These terms apply to all sales, orders, promotions, and customer interactions with Kimball Pizza.

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and apply immediately.

2. Ordering Policy

• Orders may be placed in person, by phone, on our website, or through third-party delivery services.

• Once an order is confirmed, it is considered final. Please verify your items, address, and preferences before submitting.

• Kimball Pizza reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or item unavailability.

3. Payment Terms

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash in-store.

• Online payments are processed securely via Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. We do not store full card data.

• Third-party platforms (e.g., DoorDash) manage their own payment systems and fees.

4. Pricing & Promotions

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Coupons and discounts must be valid at the time of use. Limit one offer per order unless otherwise stated.

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.

5. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

• We strive to accommodate food preferences and allergies; however, cross-contamination may occur.

• Customers with severe allergies are advised to notify staff before placing an order and use discretion.

6. Delivery & Pickup

• Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary based on traffic, weather, and order volume.

• Accurate delivery information must be provided. We are not responsible for delays or missed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or lack of access.

• Orders placed through third-party apps are subject to those platforms’ policies and delivery procedures.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide every customer with great service and food quality. However, if an issue arises:

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• Your order was incorrect (e.g., wrong items, missing items)

• Your order was not delivered due to a verified error on our part

• You received spoiled or clearly unsatisfactory food

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the order time.

If the issue is verified, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or offered as a store credit at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

• You simply changed your mind after placing the order

• The complaint is made beyond 24 hours

• The issue is related to a third-party delivery app (contact them directly)

Kimball Pizza is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, delays, missed deliveries, or allergic reactions. Our total liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
